Elevate at Peña Station is a first-of-its-kind workforce housing community located within the Peña Station NEXT mixed-use development, a 382-acre “smart city” prototype anchored by Panasonic’s North American HQ and envisioned as the future of technologically integrated and sustainable mixed-use development. Completed in 2019, the community consists of five 3-story buildings, offering 218 apartment units specifically designed to target renters who are over-income-qualified for traditional affordable housing. While 25% of its units are reserved for those making less than 80% AMI, Elevate at Peña Station has all the amenities and high-level finishes offered by Class A multifamily projects in central Denver.

Located two blocks from Peña Station, this energy efficient community offers quick access to both the airport and downtown Denver. Project amenities span 7,000 SF of state-of-the-art community spaces, including a large fitness center, yoga/e-workout room outfitted with a Wellbeats system, a beautiful pool and outdoor patio space, commercial kitchen, game room, private business offices and two large community lounge areas.
