The Carillon at Boulder Creek offers luxury, independent and assisted living in one of Boulder’s most irreplaceable, infill locations. After navigating Boulder’s notoriously difficult entitlement environment, MGL Partners undertook a complete gut renovation of a 40-year-old, 9-story, concrete building (in a city with a 55-foot height limit) and added two new 4-story residential wings. The result was an award-winning senior living community located next to Boulder Creek and just two blocks from the University of Colorado’s main campus.
The Carillon is managed by Leisure Care / One Eighty, one of the country’s best senior living operators.
