Iliff Apartments

Located in the desirable University Hills neighborhood of Denver, Iliff Senior Apartments will provide 50 units of affordable housing for older adults aged 62 and older ranging between 30%-80% of Area Median Income. The new community will offer excellent access to parking, a new public park, light rail and bus transportation, affordable healthcare, groceries, restaurants and retail. The community is directly surrounded by an established residential neighborhood, the Denver Academy, and quiet, low traffic streets, making it an ideal environment for older adults.

The All-Electric community is expected to complete construction and lease its 44 one-bedroom and 6 two-bedroom units by August 2026. Each unit will offer an in-unit washer and dryer, solid surface countertops, Energy Star appliances, tile kitchen backsplashes, and spacious closets. Residents can also enjoy a large community room, fitness room, community garden, and sky lounge with views of the mountains and a fourth-floor deck. The community will have a part-time community service provider to connect future residents with needed supports.
