Located immediately north of Crisman Apartments, the second phase provides 83 units of deeply affordable housing for individuals and families between 30% -80% of area median income. The community is ideally located along Longmont’s Main Street with easy access to bus transportation, retail, and services and a short drive away from the area’s numerous parks and recreation areas.

Completed in 2024, the community consists of 36 one-bedroom, 38 two-bedroom/two-bathroom, and 9 three-bedroom spacious units. Each unit is complete with Energy Star appliances, mountain views, and large closets. Residents can enjoy the community’s shared multi-purpose room, fitness room, raised garden beds, BBQ area and enclosed children’s play area.
