The St. Stephen

Located in the quiet, beautiful Central Park neighborhood of Denver, The St. Stephen will provide 50 units of deeply affordable housing for older adults aged 62 and older between 30% -60% area median income. The new community will offer excellent access to multiple pocket parks, open space, trails and a large off-leash dog park and is within walking distance (0.1 miles) to a RTD bus stop.

The community is expected to complete construction and lease the 45 one-bedroom and 5 two-bedroom units in January 2025. Each unit offers in-unit washer and dryers, solid surface countertops, Energy Star appliances, tile kitchen backsplashes, spacious closest and porches on the first floor. Residents can also enjoy a large community room, fitness room, community garden, sky lounge with views of the mountains and a fourth-floor deck.
