As a co-founder of MGL Partners, Mr. Gerber’s primary responsibilities include property acquisition and managing the entitlement and design phases of new developments.
Mr. Gerber was previously a principal of Black Creek Communities, the multi-family and mixed-use arm of the Black Creek Group, a Denver-based real estate private equity firm. While at Black Creek, he participated in the development or acquisition of approximately $50 million worth of multi-family and mixed-use properties in Colorado. His responsibilities included land and apartment acquisitions, entitlement and project design.
Prior to Black Creek, Mr. Gerber worked as an Associate in the Real Estate Capital Markets group of Citicorp Securities (now Citigroup). Mr. Gerber holds a bachelor’s degree (Cum Laude, Phi Beta Kappa) from the University of Vermont and an MBA from the University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business.
Mr. Glade is a co-founder and principal of MGL Partners and his primary responsibilities include financing new developments and acquisitions.
Mr. Glade was previously a principal and CFO of Black Creek Communities, the multi-family and mixed-use arm of the Black Creek Group, a Denver-based real estate private equity firm. His responsibilities included financing, project design and asset management for approximately $50 million worth of multi-family and mixed-use property throughout Colorado.
Prior to Black Creek, Mr. Glade was Director and Assistant Treasurer for Mail-Well, Inc., a Fortune 1000 company. While at Mail-Well he was responsible for managing the capital structure and earnings impact of corporate finance transactions, and assisted in financing transactions valued in excess of $1.2 billion. Prior to Mail-Well, he was a manager with Deloitte & Touche in Denver. Mr. Glade holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Wyoming and is a CPA (inactive).
Ms. Mullins is a co-founder and principal of MGL Partners and is responsible for financing and asset management.
Ms. Mullins previously served as a consultant to Black Creek Communities, the multi-family and mixed-use arm of the Black Creek Group, a Denver-based real estate private equity firm. Her primary responsibilities included asset and financial management for Low Income Housing Tax Credit properties.
Prior to Black Creek, Ms. Mullins was the Chief Financial Officer for Cottages & Castles, LLC, where she managed financial and tax issues for condominium and townhome conversion projects. Additionally, Ms. Mullins worked for Corporate Properties of the Americas, overseeing U.S. and foreign accounting and tax functions for $125 million worth of industrial real estate developments in Mexico. Ms. Mullins received her bachelor’s degree from Ohio University and her Juris Doctorate from The University of Denver. She is an attorney in Colorado and Kentucky as well as a licensed CPA.
